D&M Global LLC does not use SMS/MMS messages to send credit repair claims, credit score improvement claims, debt relief offers, debt consolidation offers, debt forgiveness claims, loan offers, payday loan offers, investment alerts, cryptocurrency promotions, affiliate offers, third-party lead generation messages, or third-party marketing messages.

3. Consent to Receive SMS/MMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, appointment forms, consultation requests, written consent, customer-initiated conversations, or other authorized methods, you provide your express consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from D&M Global LLC.

Consent may be obtained through:

D&M Global LLC does not charge additional fees for sending or receiving text messages; however, your mobile carrier may charge you according to your mobile plan.

5.1 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability, coverage, and technical capabilities.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS/MMS messaging program or use our consulting services.

By opting in to SMS/MMS messages or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the mobile number provided.

7. No Financial, Legal, Tax, Lending, Credit, Debt, or Investment Advice

The information and services provided by D&M Global LLC are for general financial education, general consulting, business support, organization, and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided through our website, consultations, SMS/MMS messages, emails, forms, educational resources, or other materials should be considered legal, tax, investment, lending, credit repair, debt relief, debt settlement, or financial planning advice.

You are responsible for making your own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals when needed.

8. No Guarantees

D&M Global LLC does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, approval, credit score change, debt outcome, loan result, funding result, business result, income result, or other financial improvement.

9. Opting Out of SMS/MMS Messages

You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE where supported.

After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us, except for a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request and any communications legally permitted or required.

Opting out of SMS/MMS messages does not automatically unsubscribe you from emails, phone calls, or other communications that are permitted by law or necessary to provide services you requested.

11. Acceptable Use

You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, damage, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, website, forms, client portals, databases, communications platforms, or messaging services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and guidelines related to communications and messaging, including where applicable the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, A2P 10DLC requirements, and other relevant regulations.

D&M Global LLC does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Any information collected is used only for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Providers

Service providers are not permitted to use your mobile opt-in data or SMS consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may register messaging use cases, business information, opt-in methods, sample messages, and supporting information as required by The Campaign Registry, messaging providers, and participating U.S. mobile carriers.

We may update our SMS/MMS messaging practices as needed to remain aligned with carrier requirements, compliance standards, and applicable laws.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&M Global LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our website, forms, communications, SMS/MMS messages, client portals, or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, delays, delivery failures, errors, interruptions, missed messages, system issues, inaccurate information provided by users, service interruptions, loss of data, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
